    Will a 650b tire fit on a 650A rim?

I am just curious; is it possible to fit a 650b tire on a 650a rim like the Sun CR-18? 650A is 590 mm, 650b is 584; could a tire stretch that extra 6mm, and then still work properly?

I have seen 700c tires muscled on to 27" rims, which is an 8mm difference in bead diameter. You can make it fit but there is no hope of it ever seating properly.

Edit to add: multiply the difference in bead diameter by 3.1 to see how much stretch you'd need to get out of it to seat assuming rim is within spec: 6mm=almost 2cm of extra bead to account for, don't think any tire I'd trust not to blow off the correct size rim would allow this.
