    Velocity + Ghetto Tubless = : )

After some advice on this forum and the Youtube tutorial below, I coverted my synergy/quasi to ghetto tubeless. 6 rides now in a place that I was 5/4 for flats using tubes and not one flat. No leaks, riding 30psi. Anyone wanting to try tubeless using velocity rims may want to try it. I give it

    Pt.1 -

    Pt 2 -

    I used 22 X 1.75 tubes for my 650's, but I've heard 24 will also work.

Several flatless ghetto months for now, on ztrs/neos almost time to change worn tires and this will be the first time removing from rim. Only thing is shake every now and again and makes sure there is still sealant. When I switch to new tires I will be standardizing on 24" schwalbe bike tubes with removable core.
