I use ultralight 26" tubes in my 29er so they will work for 650b .

Kenda and others do make 27.5 tubes, but you can use 26" tubes also they are just a little harder to put inside the tire.

26" tubes in 29" wheels can be a major pain, but will work in a pickle.

26" in 27.5 should be no problem.

You can get tubes with removable valve cores from Schwalbe, Conti....and probably others.

I have too many 26" tubes that never got used so they are currently being used in my 29er so no problem in 27.5".

Same here. 26" tubes are easier to come by and I am rolling on one and my spare is 2 as well.
