skinny 650b tires for muddy trails

I'm looking for narrow 650b tires for my Ritchey 650b HT. Can't be too big due to the Fox Fork 32 RLC 26"
;currently running Kenda Kama 2.0's. But I want more bite for the sloppy clay trails (winter is on the way), and narrower.

Any suggestions? I will replace the 26" Fox with a 650b once they are in NZ.

    Cheers in advance

    Nor are they the skinnyest.

The IRD Fire XC's run a "little" smaller than the Nev's, and with an aggresive tread. Other than those, may sound crazy but wondering how the QuasiMoto would do. Way more knobs than a cyclecross tire.
Wait whuuut, who did he tell you that!?!?....

I'd try the 2.25 nobby nic.

Thanks I've picked up a 2,1 Nev for the front % ordered one for the back. Might try a 2.25 nobby nic it may fit on the front (a shop mechanic as a genuis 740 so I could pop his front wheel in to see) but running one on the rear would run it very close to the rear D, perfect for cleaning the tread but not so good for shifting.

Or I could just ride my 26" SS with skinny mud tires on instead
