That's a fantastic bike. I have the Scott Scale 710 and it has a nice " telepathic" feel. Great geo! I have a Fox SC ready to put on.

    Cool
Iíve changed a few bits to get it lighter.
Iíve now replaced the Thomson stuff with a Zoom flat bar 119grams, Swift stem 74grams, Selle Italia SLR saddle 125grams and changed the tyres to Rocket Ronís tubeless 480g per tyre.
    Much lighter now.

That's a sweet spec. How short are you? Neg stem + bars?

That thing must be light as a feather.

    Hi people
    Thanks for the kind comments.
Iím going to weigh it again later today. I had to wait because while setting it up tubeless with the Rocket Ronís one of the tyres had a defect so I had to return it and wait for another.
I really like the look of the skin wall tyres but they are extremely heavy.
Im only short at 5ft 3Ē so thatís why I brought a small frame and opted for 170mm SRAM crank arms. I like to keep quite low and fast on my XC bikes so thatís why I always go for a negative stem. The new zoom bars are flat so the Swift stem is Negative 17 degís
I will add a few more images ASAP for you all.

The bike in the original post looks very good. Smart component choices, matching cockpit, and an aposematic color scheme for a deimatic trail strategy against oncoming riders.

But then you put those weenie tires on it. I know they're lighter, but how are you supposed to express yourself without a capable set of rubbers?

The front rocket Ron is actually a 2.25 the same as the ibex but being honest I miss the look of the skin walls. I may try some Maxxis ones.
Oh and the orange grips are back on now too as the black looked boring lol
