Actually Specialized is held 51% by Mike Sinyard and 49% by Merida, and Merida doesn't sell in the USA as a result of their part-ownership of Specialized.
I'm anxious to see this. I'm hoping that there are gonna be atleast a few companies doing some racier geometry'd hardtails in 650/27.5. Seems most of what is out there HT wise, is all-mountain. Nothing wrong with that, just want to see some faster, shorter travel rigs.
I am really am liking that 650b HT the more I see of it.
