I have about $1000 for a frame (used is fine). Im finding nothing. What gives?!

Am I being unrealistic? It seems like I should be able to find a hoard of cool frames, used, for $1000.

A brand spanking new canfield balance is only $1300. Brand new giant trance or banshee spitfire frames are $1600. I only paid $300 for my reign frame without a shock... now? Nothing.

Im literally finding nothing decent. What happened to all the used frames?! Im not even being picky, I just want something 125-140mm, from a known brand that pedals well, for about a grand.

I just sold a Warden frame for less than that and am thinking of selling my Endorphin. $1000 should get a great used frame.
I got some bad ideas in my head.

Most people sell the whole bike, but there are definitely deals out there.

$1000 for a used frame? There are lots. I think it's easier if you know what brand/model you're looking for rather than doing a broader search...had to LOL @ MSU's search results (not that it's his fault - ebay's search sucks and sellers don't often click all the categories or click wrong ones to get more exposure).

edit: I see you're posting in the 27.5 forum. Does this mean you're finally turning to the dark side? (away from 26)

I just bought a 2017 Intense Recluse SL frame for 1000.00 shipped on Pinkbike. They are out there. Plenty of them. Search the enduro/AM frame only section.
