How would you build up a Foes F275 ? (Fantasy)

I'm just daydreaming here, but I saw the Foes F275 review bike was a 31lbs plus build.

How would guys build this bike up ? What would be a spiffy but not runaway priced build, maybe 27lbs or less? Which wheels?

I may yet do just this.I'm not a basher so I'd build it light.
Small frame with fox shock, Fox 32 150 fork(been told it works and I own it), King headset and hubs w Stans rims (not sure which, possibly flows but maybe lighter), Schwalbe racing ralph 2.25 rear, nobby nick or rocket ron 2.25 front, thompson post, Hope stem, Titec carbon high rise bar (own it), sram 2x10 xo grip shift and rear der, frog pedals(own them), xt front der, White Bros cranks/VBC rings (own the cranks & BB) Hayes prime pro with comp rotors. SHould be a light build. I should be test riding the bike next week and that will help me make my decision.
