decisions, decisions. new to 650 and FS

i am thinking of getting a FS for the first time & was leaning towards carbon (hdr or mach 6) & then started reading up on the new lunchbox. i need a lil swaying into one of these 3, but probably just between the HDR & LB as the mach 6 is getting a lil too pricey, this will be a frame only purchase. i'm really not to fond of aluminum but there's much hype over the LB. i am probably leaning towards a L in size as i'm 185#'s, 6'-2" & 34" inseam. currently riding a '13 XL nimble 9. i just don't know who to give my money to and unfortunately i can't demo anything but a mach 6 and that is the farthest blip on the radar. my terrain consists of lots o baby heads, roots & plenty of climbing. there is about once a month of lift assist and twice a season to copper harbor. thanks for the insight

I'd get the LB. Check out the new revisions that aren't on the website yet:

The bike that started it all just got even better...

That link is for the 29er version, but all the same updates apply to the 650B version.

I was all set to buy Ibis' new 650B bike until it came out with 130mm of travel and limited tire clearance in the rear triangle.
    Safe riding,
