    Another 650b'd Nickel!

Spent the winter building up a new Nickel using mostly craigslist and ebay for parts. I think it turned out really well.

    X0 crank
    XX front derailleur
    X9 rear derailleur
    X9 shifters
Truvativ T40 carbon bar with Uno Stem
    Carbon seatpost
    Avid brakes
American Classic Wheelset with Rocket Ron's
    Chris King Headset
Fox float 32 150 fork with stock Fox RL shock
    KMC chain
    ODI grips
    Crank brothers pedals

Took it out for the first time the other day and loved it, just need to dial in the suspension more.

Nice ride. The shock sag should be 12-15mm per santa cruz. I like mine at 13. I have a x fusion fork I run at 20percent sag and the bike feels great
