The rear shock seems surprisingly good, the brakes are a bit 'touchy' but might need a bit more running in.

I put all the original parts back on the Nickel, sold it locally, then ordered the frame from LBS. I have been 2 years finding deals/closeouts. The fork actually came from ebay for under 4 bills (but that is another story all together). Yes, still expensive for a bike, but alot less than quite a few other bikes on here. It is basically an SPX kit with upgraded wheel set for about 1300 less than msrp.

Converted Kona King Kikapu. Just added new bar, grips and stem. The front is running a tube, the rear is tubeless (ghetto job, haven't cut the excess off yet). Now it just needs to dry up here so I can ride.

Spotted on Trail: Pacenti! Not the man, but the machine

As I was leaving the trailhead this guy pulls up on his Pacenti 650b frame. He was kind enough to let me take a pic. Thanks Max!

This is one beautiful machine! Kirk - if you see this and have one or two of these things laying around give me a PM!

Nice! Good looking LP. I should be getting my Spicy AM727 next week. Absolutely can't wait for next week's ride. New to me: 650s, dropper post, 1x drivetrain, and full suspension. I'm changing my whole game. Gonna keep the 21 lb carbon HT just in case.

I was toying with the idea of going 1X but 2x is new enough for me, and yeah i was new to 650b and droppers aswell, certainly wouldn't be going back

Nice bike. What Chinese company did you get it from? Links to the website would be great. Also, can I ask how much the frame was?

    XI'AN CHANGDA TITANIUM PRODUCTS CO.,LTD

We ordered 4 frames , seat posts and handle bars to minimize the shipping cost. We had a little bit of discount b/c of the volume.

    Good luck.
