When do we get a 650b fork with RC2?

My next trailbike is going to be 650b but I'm waiting until we get a proper 160mm fork with RC2 (or R2C2) adjustment that will fit all 2.4" tires on the market. I cannot understand why anyone would want a lockout function on a 160mm fork.

I currently ride a Lyrik Air RC2DH and I love it, so I'd love a new 650b Lyrik Air RC2DH

What are the rumours saying about purposebuilt forks for 650b with RC2 adjustment?

(I know the Vengence is supposed to be 650b compatible but I'm hearing it's tight and I won't buy a new $1000 26" Fox 36 to use it for 650b.)

Hmm, interesting with the Kenda 2.35. That's a tire that could work. Maybe I'll have to arrange so that I can try that.

I also saw in 1soulriders Turner Burner thread that there are rumours about a 650b Lyrik:

Yeah, that's what I'm reading also. Wait a few weeks for the Sea Otter Classic. Francois here at MTBR said it should be called the Sea Otter 650B Classic this year as so much new stuff may be introduced. Coooooool!!!

Re: When do we get a 650b fork with RC2?

I have just finshed a build with a BOS Devile 160mm fork. It clears quite nicely a Hans Dampf 2.35 650b. Settings are preload, rebound and H L compression. 20mm axle. The fork looks awesome.
