    Prototype 650B Devinci Dixon

The guys over at Pinkbike spotted this one:

    Prototype 650B Devinci Dixon-p4pb9970297.jpg

As you can see, it's quite different from the just revealed Troy:

And even different from the old Dixon:

Devinci also said that the base model Troy XP in aluminum may have an MSRP of $2999, making it one of the cheapest 140mm Weagle designs (Split Pivot).

    Here's hoping for a similarly priced 160mm Devinci 650b.

After some hunting around, I've found some more photos of Nicks bike from the AirDH.

I read somewhere that someone thought it was going to be a slopestyle or freeride bike that was more active and less climbing oriented than the Troy. I certainly hope that's wrong.

According to pinkbike, the bike hiding behind the tent has 160mm pike's on it, so it's probably got the travel out back to match.

I just hope that just because its got 160mm of travel doesn't mean its a slug under power.

Yeah we'll have to wait till the geo comes out.

Given the choice, I'd probably go with the Troy as an all out AM/Enduro machine. Therefore the only bike you'd ever need to own.

Interesting.. Aluminum rear tri looks damn tastey, glad it's not carbon.. Want more photos of the seat tube rocker area and how it ties together.

Looks like it's running the same split pivot rear end as the troy, although with a different linkage and shock position etc.

I'd say the prototype is aluminium for testing purposes and they'll look to release it in both carbon and aluminium for the production bikes.

That's not an update - one off WC bike but it sure is SICK!!! Interesting to note that Stevie would have felt comfy using a Pike if he had to! Changing my mind as to what that fork's chassis is capable of.

    Have FUN!

It is/was, but probably won't make it to production this year.
