Old enough to know better. And old enough not to care. Best age to be.

What an amazing bike. Fsr suspension that doesn't need a stupid brain. Hey speci if you put the pivots in the right spot you don't need a band aid.

There is noticeable pedal feedback in the small chainring with Norco's pivot placement. It's not a big deal (to me) but you can feel it. Like everything suspension related, it's a game of trade-offs.

    agree with the above.

I checked out this carbon proto at sea otter...looked nicely thought out.

How is the pedal feedback in the middle ring? Im very interested in the sight b carbon. My current bike is ran 1x10 with a 32t ring which is what I would do with the sight b if I get one.

It's less noticeable but it's just one of those things that comes with an initially rearward axle path. I think it's one hell of a nice bike. Be careful with the fit, though. The Carbine I demoed and the RM Altitude I bought both have a 23.0" TT in the medium and feel like the right size to me. The Sight was supposedly 23.4" but it felt short. I was more comfortable on the large Sight. It doesn't make sense "on paper" because the Sight and Altitude are very close in the other geometry numbers. The Carbine is much slacker in the SA, though.
