Looking to BUILD 650b/enduro style bike

I want to build a 650b bike that's based towards enduro style comps. And I am just trying to get a good idea of what frame to start with, and what suspension setup to look for. I am interested in the SRAM XO1 1x11 setup, and wanted to know what you guys think about putting that onto an enduro bike.
I'm pretty much looking to see what would be recommended for an enduro style 650b bike.

    Regards,

    WSRebel

This bike is about as close to a turn-key option as you can get:
Trance Advanced SX 27.5 (2014) - Bikes | Giant Bicycles | United States

It's pretty much dialed right out of the box. I would put a carbon bar on it and maybe some Industry Nine wheels (only cause I like I9s, the stock wheels are pretty good to begin with).

If you are on a budget, you can get the Aluminum frame and pair it with a X-Fusion Sweep (when it comes available) for a good deal less.

not to take anything away from giant (i rode an '08 reign x for 3 yrs, and am going on 3rd season w '11 reign, recently converted to 650B this season), but for the $6k+ price tag of the trance advanced sx 27.5, you've got other options for short parallel/VP linkage bikes (maestro, VPP, DW link, KS link, etc): ibis hdr 650, pivot firebird 275, sc bronson, intense carbine 275 and tracer 275, banshee rune v2 and spitfire v2...

I thought that the XO1 was supposed to be substantially cheaper that the XX1?

    From a Pinkbike article -

XX1 carries an MSRP of between $1,449 - $1,573 USD, which is only a few hundred more than the $1,273 starting price for the just released X01 group

...depending on whose numbers you are looking at, there is only a 30 - 40 gram difference between the two groups.
