Ibis HDR 650b SLX or SC Bronson Carbon RAM 27?

The Ibis is a couple of hundred more with these specs. Haven't gotten around to test riding either. It's been hot as hell here and I've just started considering longer travel 650bs instead of mid travel 120-130mm 29ers. Both are at my absolute maximum budget. Any thoughts appreciated.

    First the Bronson 650b:

REAR DER: Shimano M675 SGS (SLX) Shadow Plus
FRONT DER: Shimano M611 or 610 (Deore)
    SHIFTERS: Shimano M660 (SLX) 10spd
    CRANKSET: Shimano M610 24/32/42 (Deore) 10spd
    BOTTOM BRACKET:
    CASSETTE: Shimano HG 81, 11-36 (SLX) 10spd
    CHAIN: Shimano HG 75 10spd
    BRAKES: Shimano M615 (Deore) w/ 160mm rear/180mm front rotors
BARS: Raceface RIde low riser 710mm
STEM: Raceface Ride 70mm or 80mm
    GRIPS: Lizard Skin 494
    HEADSET: Cane Creek 10
    SEAT POST: Raceface Ride 30.9x375mm
    SADDLE: WTB Volt Race
WHEELS: WTB ST i23 TCS rims laced to SRAM MTH716 15mm front hub and SRAM MTH 746 rear hub w/ DT 14 gauge spokes, brass nipples
TIRES: Maxxis High Roller 2 2.3 EXO Tubeless Ready Kevlar
    TUBES: Stans Sealant

Now the Ibis Mojo HDR 650.b

Have you ridden DW link? Have you ridden VPP bikes? I like the idea of the Ibis...YOLO I don't understand why both use triple crank sets. If money is tight look at the Norco or wait for Giant.

Thanks, no to either. I'm going to wait until next week when the weather cools down here in the N/E to test ride. I don't know much about Norco, so I'll check them out. I heard Trek is coming out with Remedy 650bs, but thought Giant only had a couple of lower end 650bs. I do know Kona came out with the Process 134 and 153, which looks good on paper and price. 650 bs are taking off like crazy for 2014. It's difficult to keep up with all the new models.
