Old enough to know better. And old enough not to care. Best age to be.

Good news for those looking for another long travel FS 650b.
Disappointment for anyone like me, hoping for someone to release a short travel FS 650b.

Wonder when i'll be seeing the frames in the stores. Haven't seen the complete geometry but i don't think i like that HTA ... i prefer them a bit steeper, 66.5 with 160mm and 650b wheels might be a bit too slack for that kind of travel.

Patience young Skywalker. Currently 650 is being driven as the solution to long travel woes, where wagon wheels are out of their element. Once this thing gets going, there will be plenty of different bike types to choose from. Right now there are quite a few small builders ready to take your order for a short travel XC bike.

Again, patience. This wheel size is just starting to pick up steam.

Look for a ripple effect if Schurter wins gold on his Scale, affecting sales of all 27.5" bikes, HT and FS. With that, the Genius 700 selling well in 2013, I expect there will be a27.5" Spark by 2014. At least a Spark. Maybe a Specialized Epic?

My fears exactly - that it will be another year till someone releases a short travel FS 650b.
