    Crosspost- TRC 650B vs. Solo

So I've searched this and the SC forum and can't find the old threads about the converted TRcs.

Just wondering what people opinions are on this. If you were looking to build a 650B bike now, since you can't buy the Solo frame only, how different is a converted TRc? Numbers look pretty close

I was looking for the old thread to see about rear tire clearance. I actually like the TRc colors better.

I love my TBc so don't think I'm a SC hater, but you're a fool if you believe any date given about a SC delivery.

I have a converted TRc and really enjoy it. That being said I'd ditch it in a heart beat if I could have a Bronson or Solo. One thing is you won't have to worry about the circular pivot crack. The other is that whatever tweaks SC made to the VPP are great. The TR pedals well and the Bronson pedals even better. Also you won't have to worry about clearances and shimming the shock.

Pivot crack? Have there been issues with this specifically for 650b'd TRc, or just TRc's?

Blur TRc's and LT's. there is a big thread on it in the SC forum.
I'm on my third rear triangle.
