    Chalk up another Nickel 650.

I've been riding this bike for a year and half and love it. I had the LBS build me up a set of Stans Arch EX rims with DT Swiss 350 hubs and 2.35 Pacenti Neo-Moto's. All the clearances are fine. I've also upgraded from the noisy Avid Elixir 5's to Shimano XT brakes. Now all I need is some rideable trails!

Special thanks to my wife for giving her okay, and to Biker's Edge in Kaysville for taking excellent care of me as always!

    Chalk up another Nickel 650.

Looks good. Is that the stock fork? Or a 650b fork?

How much clearance do you have in the rear? I'm currently running a 650B front w/ a 26 rear on my Nickel. I'm very curious to try a 650B rear.

    Here's a pic...

Here's a picture with all the air out of the rear shock at full bottom out. There's about a quarter inch clearance.

I think all the closeout Nickels are gone. So those lucky ones enjoy.
