    Bronson with a Fox 36

Do you guys think a SC Bronson would be ok running a 650b wheel in a Float 36 Fox fork, would the angles etc be OK

The a-c on the stock Bronson is 544.4mm and the (2010) float 36 is 545mm. I don't think there will be a problem.

Thanks jtforester that seems pretty close to me , to be OK,

I have a Float 36 which would save me on a new fork if I save up for a Bronson frame.

and I do really like my 36's ridden them for 4 years , right hand stantion is just starting to show some wear, thay have done many thousands of miles.. :-)

I think the 650B fork has a different offset

Fox 36 works fine on the Bronson, the offset on 26 vs. 650b is only very marginally different. Right now I have a nobby nic 2.35 in there and it clears without any issues. As a bonus you actually get a fork that you can adjust to your liking. Personally, I am sticking with the 36 for now, at least until enough people have ridden the Pike...

On my Carbine I used my 36 Float 180 (lowered to 150) for the first two months until I could afford a 650b specific fork. The 180 version of the 36 actually has greater offset, identical to the new Pike I have now. The std 36 has a slightly shorter offset but not so much that I wouldn't try it. RS went with a 42 offset for the 650b Pike, I believe the 36 is 39 and the 36 180 is 42. XFusion is going much bigger on the offset at 46.

Mount it and ride, good news is it weighs a lot less than the 36 180 I had on mine.

Been using my Fox 36 Float on my Carbine, not even any doubt or second thoughts on it's use.anyone says any different on you using it is just plain ignorant.most riders will hardly notice slight differences in offsets.I have done jump parks,DH runs and very tech trails with no lack of confidence.use it no issues with tire clearance as of yet after several different brands, currently running Maxxis High Roller II 3C Max Terra just might be best all around tire I've used to date!
