    Blur LTc rear tire clearance

What is the max rear tire size that one can fit in a carbon Blur LT2?

Each tire manufacturer varies a bit, but somewhere around 2.3. You'll probably get rub on a 2.5 when your suspension is compressed.

This report says Neo 2.3 is probably your practical limit. 650b wheelset on Santa Cruz Blur TRc and LTc

Morpheous has one and he runs it with Neo Moto 2.3, too.

I have a 2012 Blur LTc and I run a Maxxis Minion 2.5 rear on Easton Havoc and have no issue with rubbing it just climbs like a pig

Really depends on the tire. I've run a Nevegal 27.5 x 2.35 on both a L and XL Blur LTC and it will slightly rub the seat tube at full compression with no air in the shock. I ended up putting a 3mm spacer in the shock to keep it from rubbing. This past weekend, I changed tires and put a WTB Woverine Race 27.5 x 2.2 and it's actually noticeably taller than the Nevegal and just grazes the seat tube at full compression...not enough to stop the tire though.

I'm pretty sure we're talking 650B here, not standard 26" tires.
