    Ibis Mojo SL-650B

Ibis Mojo SL converted to 650B using Stan's Flow EX wheelset and Pacenti Neo Moto 2.1's. I reduced the rear travel using the guidance found here in this forum. It rails!

Real piece of art, that is. I just love the look of those frames. Nice ride! I am very envious.

Slapped on a Pacenti Quasi Moto on my Yo Teddy and low and behold it fit. Have about 3/8" top clearance to boot. Was very surprised considering the fork is 395mm axle-to-crown. The rear will also fit perfectly (has sliders) though the other half of this wheelset is at Firefly HQ so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to throw it on....

I thought you had sold that frame - did you buy it back? Looks so cool - although my back hurts from just looking at that saddle to bar drop!

I sold it to a guy that had a rather large collection. He never took it out of the box I shipped it in and put it on the market, so I bought it back. Regarding geometry, it works for my short legs/long torso. Plus, I prefer being right over the front wheel. It's very early 1990s and that just how I like it!

SSuper clean SSetup man! Interesting how big those Quasi's look against the deep rims. Being a WI hometown resident good to see those cranks, are those their hubs too? Or maybe Paul's to match the V-levers?

Thanks! The AM rims really make the 2.0s look larger. Hubs are Chris King. I just got my Industry 9 Torch wheelset today so will most likely use those for training.

This is the Moots YBB 27.5 that I rode this weekend on a Moots test ride day in Austin. It was my first time ever riding a 27.5 and I am hooked. I have been on 26" bikes since the early 90s. I have ridden a few 29r bikes, but never fully loved the experience. I like riding tighter, twisty trails so those felt too big for me personally (5'9"). With the Moots test ride day, I first did a ride on a 29" YBB and it was pretty much inline with my previous experiences on 29". It was my first ride ever on a YBB, so that was cool. Getting on the 27.5" size felt so amazing. I figured 27.5" would be the thing for me, but this confirmed it.

What wheels are they using? They look a lot like Mavics

Yes, they are Mavics. This had to either be the 27.5 Ybb they showed at 2013 NAHBS, or else it was one identical to it. The Mavics, and Fox fork are both pre-production items.

Here's my 2007 Cannondale Rush with Stan's Flow EX Rims and Racing Ralph 2.25 tires.

    650B Picture Thread-2013-03-23-14.42.28.jpg

Picture doesn't do the rear tire clearance justice. I was worried about the front derailleur rubbing the tires, but it seems fine.

    650B Picture Thread-2013-03-23-14.42.14.jpg

Still another few weeks before the trails defrost here in MN so don't know yet how different the ride will be.

Kingdom Hex AM on tour in Oughterard

Photo of one of the first rides of the 140mm travel 6590b Ti/Carbon. Whilst the rest of Ireland and the UK was under a blanket of Spring Snow we found sunshine and a chilled Atlantic breeze in Oughterard, County Gallway, Ireland.

That's a lovely bike right there. What is the weight? So these are pretty much custom builds like lets say Ventana for instance?

Great looking bike. Love the RH front brake
Alcohol may lead nowhere, but it sure is the scenic route!
