    650b in a 26" Fox 34 fork?

    Has anyone tried this?

I recently saw a 650b Fox 34 in person with a 2.35 Michelin, and there is a massive amount of clearance.
I would love to keep my a2c down, and have enough space in my 26" Fox Van 32, so I assume it works fine, but wanted some confirmation.

Not allot of help but I'm pretty sure I read someone doing this and it worked. I asked this in another post but we never got a definite answer.

Don't know if you've seen this, but from the official 650b fork thread it says:

Forks that work out of the box:
    WhiteBrothers 650b forks
    2008 Fox RLC/FX
    Any 29" Suspension fork
Any Rigid fork with a AC longer than 360mm
    manitou R7 (2006 tested)
All Fox Forx (some forks may rub so slightly on the bottom of the crown if all the air is removed)
    Yeti SB-66 Carbon

NA - kinda old news, but since they are both new lowers, and Fox has 650b specific lowers now, I though it was possible they may have tightened things up...worth asking before making the purchase, and having to return.

mint355 -- picture would be great please.
Is yours a 2013 or 2014 Fox 34? I have a 2014 and the arch seems to be lower than older 26 Fox forks, I'm guessing deliberately by Fox so you're forced to buy a 650b-specific fork rather than just trying to run 650b in your existing 26 fork.
