27.5 Anthem Advanced 0 Team: What does it really look like?

If you look at the photo on the Giant site (shown below), you will see the fork does not have black stanchions.

Nor does the bike have the blue highlighted crankset I have seen online.

When you google images of the bike, I see just the opposite....nearly all have black stanchions and the blue highlighted crankset. Am I seeing the pro's special bikes? No idea.

Also, the photo on Giant's site shows Gripshift, which I know it certainly does not come with.

    Confused...

I can't seem to find a # to call Giant, nor do I want some shop to try to figure it out for me.

    Any ideas?

This is from the Giant site fwiw..

There is nobody to call at Giant, everything goes through their dealer. As is the case with many production bikes now the websites typically have a disclaimer somewhere that says some minor changes in the build may be different than what's shown.
When I bought my Anthem 3 27.5 last year it came with different tires and I believe a different front der than what was on the website if I remember right.
Hardrock 29er, Niner EMD9, Cannondale F29, Camber Expert, 650b Nickel all gone.
    2014 Giant Anthem 27.5 here.

I tracked down an answer. The photo Giant features online is not accurate. Black stanchions for the win!

They probably photographed that bike before the first flowers were blooming last spring. The production model is as you mentioned with the black finished fork and the blue accents on the xx1 bits.

This 27.5 AA 0 Team was purchased in Feb 2014 and delivered in March 2014 in the SF Bay Area.
