    26inch rear 24inch front?

I have a Kona Scab frame and will be fitting marzocci Z1 suspension with a 24inch wheel in front and a current 26inch wheel to the rear.

I was wondering how this would turn out. I intend to fit a very large 3 inch thick tyre to the front and hope this set up will ensure the front stays not to high.

How do you think it will be?
    Thanks.

It seems like it would really have a negative effect on headtube angle, steering, getting over obstacles etc.

A simple search turned up this thread http://www.konaworld.com/owners_area...showtopic=2177 . Why would you want such a long travel fork on it anyway? will seriously mess with the geo and will put undue stress on the headtube. Do you land that front heavy that you need it?

Conky, we covered this on another thread on MTBR, but I'll repeat...that 24" front wheel/tire setup will hang up noticeably in rocks, ledges, and other stuff. Wear a good helmet and some pads.
