I just built a 2011 scalpel Team 26. Came in at 19.6 lbs. Best bike i ever rode. previous bike was a 2007 rush 4 that came in a 24.5 lbs. Have been riding 650b for about 1 1/2 years. you will love that bike!

I converted 2013 Scalpel to 650b. Perfect ride! Perfect marathon bike - raced Garda Extremo, Sellaronda Hero, Superbike, Transalp...

    You will love it!

You'll be pretty restricted when it comes to selecting rear tires, I'll be using a 2.10 rocket ron myself. Curious about the rock razor and thunder burt though, anyone know if they'll fit the rear?

I just bought a brand new 2012 Cannondale Scalpel 2 Hi-Mod Carbon Fiber Frame. This will be my first build. I'll be reusing the lefty on my current F800 and buying everything else new. Can't wait to build it as a 27.5.

    Tearing it up with...

    02' Cannondale F800
    11' Cannondale CAAD10
    05' Haro BMX

I have no idea to be honest, I was quoted them to be in the 1450-1550 range with the project321 hubs. These are the 27.5 AM and not the 27.5 XC rims as I wanted the widest internal width.

In other news a cyclist in Norway successfully fitted Hans Dampf 2.25 SS Trailstar as a rearwheel!
