Trek 8900 hardtail replacement disk brakes

I have a 1999 Trek 8900 with frozen Hayes disk brakes and need to know the correct adapter plates to buy for the rear disk brake and front disk break. The bike has an original Rockshocks fork

I understand AtoZ has the adapter plates, does any other company sell adapter plates..?

    Thank you

These are the same mount as the Kleins from Trek era, maybe searching for Klein disc brake adapter will give up some more options...
All the gear and no idea.
