Opinion on 3 forks Rock Shox Psylo, Rock Shox Recon Air 327, or SR Suntour XCM 100

My brother left some old bikes in my parents garage and I'm in the process of making 1 good bike. These are the 3 forks in the garage I have to choose from. Which would you recommend. I'm not a hardcore rider and I ride a lot on the streets. Which would be the lightest? The Rock Shox Recon Air 327 (solo)? I'm about 155lbs and which one would be most reliable as I'm sure parts and seals maybe harder to find.

    Thanks

From what I've heard both the Psylo and XCM are notoriously bad, so I'd go with the Recon (IMHO). You will probably want to rebuild whichever one your choose just based on how old they are.

I had a Psylo and replaced it with a Pike. Big difference. I'd probably go with the Recon as well.

The recon chassis is really pretty good. The damper is really pretty bad.

If you install a later black box/dna rebound unit (drops right in!), it becomes a good chassis with a good damper, for very cheap!

Even the cheaper MoCo damper would be a big upgrade.

I think the Psylo is not so bad, a lot better than the XCM... Recon is the best of the three, though.

i have a recon but it's a bit newer and was able to upgrade the dampers, but you need to make sure they fit. even stock with an oil change, new seals etc. it should be pretty good
