2.4 fit on a 26er fork? (Rockshox Sektor)

Building up a new bike (NS Surge Evo) and looking at ordering a fork and had this thought if a 26 x 2.4 Continental X-King would fit on a Rockshox Sektor 140mm 26er fork? Didn't know if the 2.4 was too large and if I should go with a 27.5 fork. Sorry if this is a dumb question. I'm going back to a 26 after being on a 29er the last several years and don't remember tire sizes from way back then.

I put a set of X-King 2.4's on my bike. It has a Rock Shox Duke SL 100mm. Fit is pretty tight, but it's still OK. I bet your Sektor will be fine.

The X-King is a smallish 2.4, from what I understand.

Any modern MTB fork should take a 2.4 no problem, regardless of wheel size.
15mm is a second-best solution to a problem that was already solved.

Not RockShox but have 2.4 conti mountain king on Suntour Raidons and 2.4 On-One Chunky Monkey on Marzocchi 55's both 26" flavour forks with no issues.
