    11 speed conversion help

I'm looking to convert my 2011 sworks stumpy to 11 speed. Took it to the lbs and was told no problem. I asked them to the cassette then and there, paid for the whole set of 11 speed components. Waited in the shop, 20 mins later was told it couldn't be done as there wasn't enough room on the hub to fit the 11 speed cassette. They tried Shimano and SRAM. So just want help with my options. My current rim and hub is a roval controle sl e5 with a roval DT swiss hub(was told this was a good hub and rim set)
    1. Buy a new Hope Technology Enduro - Pro 4 Rear Wheel 200
    2. Buy a rebuilt WTB KOM i23 TCS with hope pro evo 2 120
    3. Replace the hub on my roval ??? And no idea where to start

I want 11 speed but don't want to downgrade (upgrade yes)my rear hub and rim from the roval. Any advice or help with be amazing. Are the WTD or hope an upgrade.

    Thanks

I have a bike in my fleet that suffers from the same hub dimension problem. It may not be for you, but on many freehubs you can grind the additional needed space. There are some stipulations that may prevent it from being successful. If it all goes wrong you still only really need a new hub assuming you don't have tire clearance issues.

Going for the new 200 hope rear wheel with a pro 4 hub. Seems like a nice upgrade.
